Why give locally?

Businesses supporting their local community is an age old tradition, whether it's the local pizza shop supporting the little league team or larger businesses supporting annual charity events. But what happens when your business is remote? When there isn't one local community...but 10, 20, or 30 of them?

While we believe strongly in the power of working remotely for certain businesses, our employees are still local. They send their kids to the local schools, volunteer with the local non-profits, and are part of the local community.

One Percent Local is an effort to support those communities where your employees have chosen to live their lives. By pledging 1% of our revenue to be distributed to those communities, we can have a greater impact where our employees live.
